Today's devotional from My Utmost From His Highest reiterated that in the Bible, clouds are always associated with God. Nahum 1:3 says,
The Lord has His way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of His feet. (The Amplified Bible)
Were it not for the clouds in our life, God's Presence would be distant, faith would be absent and as Andrae Crouch sang in Through It All, ..."we would never know what faith in His Word could do...".
Here are some insights from Oswald Chambers:
-..."Clouds are the sorrows, sufferings, or providential circumstances, within or without our personal lives, which actually seem to contradict the sovereignty of God. Yet it is through these very clouds that the Spirit of God is teaching us how to walk by faith."
-..."Through every cloud He brings our way, He wants us to unlearn something. His purpose in using the cloud is to simplify our beliefs until our relationship with Him is exactly like that of a child---a relationship simply between God and our own souls, and where other people are but shadows..."

Wow! Those pics are awesome! It is amazing to think that in the clouds of our life, God is always there even if we can not see Him. But like you posted here if we look hard enough we will be able to find Him.
Sometimes I see him most clearly with the clouds! I think, perhaps, my eyes and heart are more intent on the "find" during that time.
