I Am Willing, Lord

(***Reposting)
God first brought this song to me many years ago when my heart was broken. It was a time in my life I will always cherish as a time of wonderful intimacy with my God as He poured Himself into my pain. Today, He brought this song back to me and I sing it back to Him.

"I am willing, Lord, to be just exactly what You want me to be...please don't ever stop working with me, till You see I can be all You want me to be..."
I dedicate this to my mother on her birthday today. Because of her love and faithfulness, I am here today with a strong foundation that will not allow me to move away from God even when He appears absent. Instead, I am drawn to Him as the only Hope. Thank you, Mom. You are indeed a treasure and I miss you so far away.
"Father, please give Mom a special touch of Your goodness today. Let her know how special she is and pour unexpected blessings into her life even now. Thank You."

I am sorry i could not listen to the song as the connection kept breaking. The video seems to shot in Asia.

God bless your Mom on her birthday. I am sure you miss her as she is far from you.

Thank you for this posting this song. It meant a lot to me as I was growing up...and today, my pre-teen son had a really rough day and I was looking to share some encouragement with him. We have just moved as a family to Moscow, Russia to serve as missionaries. However, it has created a huge transitional time for our four kids....God is good and faithful, but He desires to increase our character over our comfort. It is hard as a mom to watch God grow your children, but this song helped us all remember the greater goal!

Hi Anonymous,
I wish there was a way I could respond to you personally. YOur comment made my day. I am so happy that this post and song could bring you a measure of comfort. I know how hard it must be for your children, esp. in the pre-teen age. May God just pour His grace, comfort and counsel into the lives of your family and may He bring good friends for your children. I am going to have my prayer time later and will remember you.
Love, Sita
