TSMSS - Jim Reeves
These songs posted in honour of my parents.
They just love the voice of Jim Reeves.
Here are 2 of his classic songs: This World is Not My Home and I'd Rather Have Jesus.
Enjoy these oldies and then pop by Amy's to hear more songs that minister.
I haven't heard these since I was a child. Thanks for bringing back so many memories. My great grandmother used to play these on an 8 track :-) and we sang This World is Not My Home in our church when I was growing up. Hope your parents have a nice visit and Happy Anniversary to them. Oh Sita you took me to my childhood . I grew up listening to Gentleman Jim on SLBC (Radio Sri Lanka) and missionary radio.
I played several of his songs so that my mom could enjoy them too.
I like old fashioned music, much of the contemporary music is not to my taste
