Well, we just had the final video session of the study where Beth tied it all together. Basically from the Garden of Eden in Gen.1 to the eternal Eden in Rev.22, God clearly shows us He created us to dwell with us. God's Presence and the manner He revealed His glory is consistent all the way through the Old Testament tabernacle, Solomon's temple, to Christ Himself, the believers' temples, the millennial temple: by cloud, fire and light. On the day of Pentecost, tongues of fire appeared over the heads of the believers. As believers, we are told to be light and lampstands to a dark world. He lives IN us, to shine through us to a dark world. How glorious is that! He chose to pitch His tent in this woman's heart, a woman so flawed that a perfect and holy God should dismiss forthwith. Yet, because, I asked His perfect Son, the Lamb of God crucified for my sins, to dwell within, now He has deemed me, the righteousness of Christ.
Father, I bow in gratitude to You. May You find a pleasant dwelling place in my heart. My desire is for You and to show You to a lost and dying world. I surrender my all to You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
