This song goes back to my youth and lit the fire in my bold witness to my unsaved friends. It brought tears to my eyes thinking of all those who would be left behind. This song was originally written and sung by Larry Norman, but this version is sung as a tribute to him by DC Talk after his death. Check out Amy for more songs that minister.

Hi Sita...
Thanks for the visit this morning. ASL has spoken to me and made music really come alive, since the 1st day I heard it...about 3 years ago, when I lived in Tennessee.
I had never heard your song til today. It's just beautiful!
~Blessings,
Jan
Oh my this brings back memories. I remember when this first came out! We sang it all the time when I was younger. It's a timeless message! Thank you...
Thinking of you in this "Saturday."

Sita...I wish we'd all been ready
...WOW...I know DC TALK and I think I know Larry Norman but can't remember
this one...I really liked the power of this and it would light the fire in my witness also to make me bold!
Goes with LaHayes/Jenkins Left Behind series!
Excellent notes on the simulcast
...I'll be back to read those later. Thank you for sharing them for those of us who missed it!
And how I loved Touched by An Angel! I miss seeing that even reruns...anything! You've had a difficult week...I should have been praying with you! May God help you to the Resurrection Sunday and leave those dead grave clothes behind!!! Hope your time tomorrow brightens your outlook! Be blessed as you bless us. Light that FIRE!
I used to sing this song on my guitar. Brought back memories
Hadn't heard this one in a long, long time. Thanks for bringing it back to my memory. What a true song. Sorry to read about your "Saturday" but so glad to know that "Sunday's a coming!"
This one was a new one to me. Wow! I love it.
Blessings!

For some reason, I didn't listen to DC Talk in the 80s so I didn't realize that they sung this song. I liked it and had to go to You Tube and listen to Larry Norman's version, too. What a song.
