The Talk of Trinidad

Yep, my parents were once the "Talk of Trinidad". I just found this old newspaper clipping from 2001 when my parents renewed their vows on their 50th wedding anniversary. I want to celebrate them today. Here they are, Bindya and Rudolph, my parents, whose sacrificial love, faithfulness, faith, longsuffering and prayer I cherish daily! And they are the "Talk of Sita's Sanctum" today!

I'm praising God with you today and thanking Him for giving you such wonderful parents.
What a great picture of both of them.
I'm so glad you shared with us.
Love ya,

Your parents look so great together. Mine would have celebrated 50 years last Dec.

The Lord blessed your parents with this special gift.

What a darling couple! The talk of Trinidad...can you even imagine how the heavens are talking about them...about us?!

Something to wonder about tonight as I lay my weary heart to rest.

Val, Amrita, Laura, Lelia, Elaine & Sincerity,
Thank you for your comments about my parents...anytime, I see that pic, I a reminded that they are happy there in TT as sometimes I wish they could be here in Canada with us. But the weather here really shrivels them up...
and yes, Elaine, wonder if there's a Talk Of Heaven newsletter--featuring each of us in our spiritual victories daily...wow...

Your parents are good examples of good parenting... and you are a good daughter to honor them today. Be blessed! The Bible says that if we honor our parents, it will go well with us!
