TSMSS - I'm Forgiven (You Are My King) -Newsboys

This was the song on my lips as I woke up this morning. What a joy it is to know that I am forgiven, accepted, alive and well...because He died and rose again, and this Victorious Saviour lives in me:

I'm forgiven because You were forsaken

I'm accepted, You were condemned

I'm alive and well, Your Spirit is within me

Because You died and rose again

I'm forgiven because You were forsaken

I'm accepted, You were condemned

I'm alive and well, Your Spirit is within me

Because You died and rose again

Amazing love, how can it be

That You, my King, should die for me?

Amazing love, I know it's true

It's my joy to honor You

In all I do, I honor You

I'm forgiven because You were forsaken

I'm accepted, You were condemned

I'm alive and well, Your Spirit is within me

Because You died and rose again

Amazing love, how can it be

That You, my King, should die for me?

Amazing love, I know it's true

It's my joy to honor You

In all I do, I honor You

You are my King

You are my King

Jesus, You are my King

You are my King

Sita, this is a beautiful song. Thank you for introducing me to it. I also love the poem on your sidebar--"To God, The Chief Musician." Hope all is well with you and your family.

Thank you, Sr. Anne--we're doing well--would appreciate prayer for me for my 'mouth'--have not been able to eat or talk properly in months--TMJ and dental surgery.

I love that poem too--found it in some old camp files and I have no idea who the author is--even googled it but saw no link to it.

Hope all is well with you.
Love, Sita
